EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Loudoun County Public Schools is now accepting community nominations for its annual employee awards, including teacher, substitute, student support, and bus driver of the year. Each school will select a nominee and a committee (using a rubric) will choose the final winners. Loudoun Now
- ➤ April Chandler was elected as the new Loudoun County School Board chair in a 5-4 vote on Tuesday, and vice chair Anne Donohue was reelected. Chandler vowed to support board stability and boost community engagement as the first regular meeting is set for next Tuesday. Loudoun Now
