- ➤ Del. JJ Singh introduced a four-point college affordability plan today — it includes a two-year tuition freeze to ease college costs. Lawmakers will review the proposal at the Capitol soon. Loudoun Times-Mirror
- ➤ Loudoun County reopened its Child Care Fee Reduction program for new applicants using American Rescue Plan funds to lower tuition for families with children through age 12.
