- ➤ A new entertainment venue called Pinstack is under construction at the Kincora development along State Road 28 and will be the first one outside Texas — it will open in Q2 and offer 56,000 sqft of arcade games, bowling lanes, rock climbing, and a full bar. The Burn
- ➤ Paperwork filed with Loudoun County shows the former Mod Pizza location at Belmont Chase will become a new Panda Express restaurant (with about 56 seats), though the opening date is still pending. The adjacent Baker’s Crust space remains vacant with plans not yet announced. The Burn
