- ➤ Construction began in January on a 110,000 sqft IKEA store at 4320 Chantilly Shopping Center in Chantilly. The store will offer over 7,700 items along with an onsite restaurant serving meatballs, hot dogs, and cinnamon buns, and it is expected to open this coming spring. The Burn
