- ➤ Today, the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce honored 174 local heroes for their brave acts at its Valor Awards ceremony, giving medals, citations and a special award for service. - ➤ Frontier Airlines Flight 4708 from Atlanta landed on Wednesday at Dulles and was held on Runway 19R when a beeping noise was reported from the cargo hold. - ➤ The Loudoun County Public Schools board will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. tonight at the Administration Building to consider renaming Mercer Middle and Frances Hazel Reid Elementary—proposals that have sparked mixed reactions from board members since the process began in 2020.
