Good morning, Leesburg.
Felix Gbee inked a deal with Launch Entertainment to bring an all-ages park to Leesburg and is now searching for a town location (with Loudoun County as a backup).
The future park will include attractions like arcades, trampolines, bowling, and a restaurant bar that may provide local jobs.
Two Painted Tree Boutiques in Loudoun closed today following a nationwide shutdown, with Dulles Landing (opened June 2024) and Sugarland Crossing in Sterling (opened May 2025) halting sales as local tenant Sean Graphman cleared his inventory.
