On Monday, Loudoun County Fire and Rescue responded to a blaze at a home in Nicholson Meadows Place in Aldie — an unattended candle caused nearly $1 million in damage and displaced a family of four.

DC-area restaurateur Reese Gardner will open Juleps Kentucky Tavern at Loudoun Station in Ashburn, taking over the former Blackfinn Ameripub space.

Two men were charged with a gas station robbery (June 3) in Leesburg as police continue to review the case.
