- ➤ Leesburg Police investigated a fatal crash on June 12 at 11:35 p.m. near the intersection of the Leesburg Bypass (Route 15) and Edwards Ferry Road NE when a passenger vehicle struck 24-year-old Ashlin Barraclough, who died at the scene; the driver remained and is cooperating with the investigation. - ➤ Dominion Energy buries its distribution lines in Loudoun, cutting outage times from 11 hours to two minutes after storms.
