- ➤ The Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls released its fifth annual Voices of Loudoun Women report today showing that many county women face big challenges with health care, food, childcare and social connections. The survey of 228 responses found that half now struggle with major life challenges and leaders plan to use these findings to guide new support programs — aiming to bring needed change to the community. - ➤ A building permit was issued for a Pinstack family fun center at the Kincora property off Russell Branch Parkway on the border between Ashburn and Sterling.
