- ➤ St. James Episcopal Church dedicated the new Fred Williams Meditation Garden on Sunday morning after 18 months of planning—honoring Williams' leadership during challenging times and built with help from the Sacred Soil Society and local volunteers. - ➤ A trial began this morning at the Loudoun County Circuit Court for former propane delivery worker Roger Bentley, who is charged with involuntary manslaughter after a February home explosion in Sterling killed one firefighter and injured 13 others—he faces up to 10 years in prison for handling propane without proper certification.
