- ➤ Makers Union Pub opened its doors yesterday in Loudoun County at Goose Creek Village in Ashburn and took over the space of Social House Kitchen & Tap at the corner of Sycolin Road and Belmont Ridge Road—making it the first local DMV location. - ➤ Prosecutors rested their case Tuesday morning against former propane technician Roger Bentley—charged with involuntary manslaughter, a felony and three misdemeanors—for actions that led to an explosion at 347 Silver Ridge Dr. on Feb. 16 that killed volunteer firefighter Trevor Brown and injured 13 people; closing arguments will begin today.
