- ➤ Leesburg Premium Outlets will host a special ceremony at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 26 to unveil a new mural titled 'Shopping Lovers' by local artist Elizabeth Halliday. - ➤ A state historical marker was dedicated Wednesday at the intersection of East Market Street and Catoctin Circle — marking the lynching site where Charles Craven was killed in 1902. The marker was supported by the NAACP Loudoun Branch and local educators and is the first state highway marker in Loudoun County after nearly nine years of research — with final approval from the Virginia Department of Historic Resources last September.
