Smokin Willy BBQ & Deli South will relocate to Leesburg when construction starts on a new dual-use building at 422 Sycolin Road.

Little Tiger Dumplings will open a new restaurant in Loudoun County early 2027 at Cascades Overlook Town Center, taking over an 800 sqft space that once housed Doughlab and Abbott’s Frozen Custard.
The addition marks the third new restaurant planned for the retail center.
