- ➤ The Town of Leesburg will start issuing $100 fines to speeders caught by new speed cameras at Ball’s Bluff Elementary, John W. Tolbert Jr. Elementary, and Loudoun County High School starting Monday + a Leesburg Police officer will review captured images to verify each violation before a notice is sent. - ➤ Early voting begins today for the November 4th elections that will fill five county House of Delegates seats, choose five Loudoun School Board members, and select town council members in two towns — the Leesburg Office of Elections opens at 8:30 a.m. and runs until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with satellite sites starting Oct. 20 and extended hours scheduled on select dates.
