- ➤ Early voting begins today for the November 4th elections that will fill five county House of Delegates seats, choose five Loudoun School Board members, and select town council members in two towns — the Leesburg Office of Elections opens at 8:30 a.m. and runs until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with satellite sites starting Oct. 20 and extended hours scheduled on select dates.
