- ➤ A new gymnastics school named for gymnast Dominique Dawes is planning to open in Ashburn in October after taking over a 19,500 s.f. space in the Ashbrook Commons shopping center—formerly home to AC Moore. The academy will offer classes in gymnastics and ninja obstacle course skills and be the first school in Virginia for the brand. The Burn
- ➤ The Loudoun County School Board voted 7—2 Tuesday to keep allowing charter schools to request campus improvements in the Capital Improvements Plan after community members from Hillsboro Charter Academy and Middleburg Community Charter School spoke out. Some board members warned that expanding improvements could lead to high costs while supporters said the change upholds existing agreements. Loudoun Now
