- ➤ Loudoun County will hold a public hearing on November 13, 2025, from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at the Department of Housing and Community Development at 106 Catoctin Circle SE in Leesburg — held in the Olmstead Room on the first floor — to gather input on housing, homelessness, community development and public service needs. The department will accept public comments online and by mail until January 31 — all written input must be received by 5:00 p.m. — to help shape plans for upcoming community projects. Loudoun County
- ➤ The county board approved a $19.3 million loan to SCG Development Partners LLC to build Moorefield Station Apartments near the Ashburn Metro Station—creating 249 affordable rental units for households earning up to 70% of the area median income that will be kept affordable for 99 years.
