Good morning, Leesburg.

On Oct. 16, the Rotary Club of Purcellville donated $6K to Legacy Farms at Loudoun Golf + Country Club to support apprenticeship programs for neurodiverse individuals, with funds raised at its annual golf tournament.

Leesburg Bowlero has been rebranded as Lucky Strike at the Village of Leesburg center off Route 7—new signage hangs over the entrance and future updates to food and cocktail menus are expected.

Heavy machinery is grading the land at the former Virginia Village shopping center as developers begin Phase 1 of a new mixed-use project—this phase includes The Notch at Harrison Post with 224 apartments and retail units, one leased as a VABC liquor store.

The development will also add Catoctin Walk, a townhome community north of Fairfax Street, and later Phase 2 will replace the remaining area with office buildings, more apartments, and extra retail space.
