- ➤ Volunteers from QTS Data Centers worked with Loudoun Hunger Relief today to pack 3,000 Thanksgiving dinner bags for county residents. Schools requested 1,700 bags and the nonprofit expects to deliver 5,500 bags overall—marking the largest effort in the 10th annual event. Loudoun Now

- ➤ Work is getting ready to begin on a new Quickway Hibachi restaurant at Battlefield Shopping Center in Leesburg as crews paper over the windows of the space that formerly housed Kovi Asian Street Food Kitchen and Which Wich sandwich shop. Quickway, which now has about 60 locations mainly in the Washington DC area, will offer Japanese cuisine and become the chain’s second restaurant in Loudoun County — next to Starbucks and Cold Stone Creamery. - ➤ Dulles Town Center mall announced it will open the DTC Expo & Event Center in the former Lord & Taylor space in second quarter of 2026 to host trade shows, exhibitions, and community events. - ➤ On Tuesday, the Loudoun County School Board discussed proposed changes to the school assignment policy that would revise the definition of overcrowding and alter the special permission process—requiring families to reapply if attendance zones change.
