- ➤ Delegate David A. Reid announced today that the Chesapeake Bay Restoration Fund Advisory Committee approved 43 projects from 60 proposals to award over $280,000 in grants for Chesapeake Bay education and restoration, including five projects benefiting Loudoun and Fauquier counties. - ➤ The Board of Supervisors backed two proposals to cut aircraft noise from Dulles today by asking pilots to climb steeper at takeoff and use a nighttime flight track+they did not back a plan that would narrow flight routes with new technology because it might shift noise to other neighborhoods.
